Healthy eating gets sexy in 35 Shades of Sinfully Healthy Recipes, by C.H.H.C. Sandy Considine, with 35 healthy recipes that break the rules of health food and actually taste delicious. Take the once forbidden ingredients like real butter, eggs, and whole cheese out of the brown paper bags and learn the truth about using these ingredients, combined properly with healthy whole foods to satisfy both your taste buds and your waste line. Find out why healthy eating has little to do with counting calories, carbs, fats, points or any of that nonsense and why the commercial weight loss industry's promotion of low fat, sugar free products is totally wrong. Learn how that by changing one simple thing about where and how you purchase the ingredients used in your recipes, you will put yourself on the fast track for a total full body healthy makeover. All without going on any kind of a commercial diet plan.

Sandra Considine is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Drugless Practitioner. She writes articles on plant-based diets for her local community newspaper and holds workshops on teaching how to incorporate whole foods into the diet. Sandy lives in rural Pennsylvania, she loves where she lives, being in the country, fresh air, mountains, spring water, and her garden: life is great. Sandy loves photography (the pictures in this book are hers.) She and her husband own a nursery where they grow shrubs, and perennials six months out of the year and vegetables all year long. She promotes local food. She is also an animal lover and she has three beautiful granddaughters. Sandy is all about simplicity, getting back to nature and clean eating. Life is about progress not perfection. One of Sandy's mottos is "Live, Love, Let Go" Sandy received her formal training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. Even before her formal training there were many years going down the path of self-discovery, self-taught and seeking the knowledge from the greatest healer..... Mother Nature. In the food she gives us, the sunlight, the air we breathe, even the rainy days. Sandy says "Having the freedom of choice and trusting my inner voice to guide me. Listening to my body, taking action and being present in my own life is how I have lived. I realized that I had to decide if I wanted to "regenerate" or "degenerate" my body by what I ate and how I lived." During her training, she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world's top health and wellness experts. Her teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, a leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University's Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities. Her education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and her knowledge of different dietary theories, she works with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
