PortraitNational Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) is the largest coaches' organisation in the United States. Since its founding in 1941, it has grown to include members who coach both genders at all levels of the sport. In addition to a national rankings programme for colleges and schools, the NSCAA offers an extensive recognition programme that presents more than 10,000 individual awards every year. It fulfils its mission of coaching education through a nationwide programme of clinics and week-long courses, that teach thousands of soccer coaches each year.
