He is the coeditor of several books, including "Negotiating Boundaries of Southern Womanhood: Dealing with the Powers That Be" (University of Missouri Press).Angela Boswell is Associate Professor of History at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. She is the author of "Her Act and Deed: Women's Lives in a Rural Southern County, 1837-1873."
