Nancy Tellett-Royce has been the community liaison at Search Institute since 1998. She provides youth and community development assistance to many of the 600 communities around the United States and Canada that are a part of Search Institute's Healthy Communities - Healthy Youth(R) national initiative and delivers presentations and pre-conference sessions at national and regional conferences throughout the United States on the Developmental Assets framework and it application in community settings. Tellett-Royce co-chairs the St. Louis Park, MN Children First, a Healthy Communities - Healthy Youth initiative, named one of the "100 Best Communities for Young People" by America's Promise, in recognition of the impact a focus on asset building has had on community youth. Prior to her work at Search Institute, she was the Director of Career Development for Macalester College in St. Paul, MN. She has a B.S. in Education from the University of Minnesota.
